    TPS Method for Muscles offers you two different options:

    Ass & Legs: Just what it says, work that ass and build those legs.

    Beach Muscles: What everyone did in the 80’s, UPPER BODY baby.

    Jim Wender’s 5/3/1 training system has taken the world by storm and for good reason.

    5/3/1 is based around the squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press and power clean. It works off of simple arithmetic. By using percentages of a one rep max and keeping the work to the minimum amount necessary, you make constant progress.     About TPS Awesome Camp

    • TPS Awesome Camp meets twice a week in two groups.
    • Tuesday and Thursday at  7:30 p.m./guys only.
    • Monday and Wednesday at 8:000 p.m./coed
    • It will pack pounds of lean muscle on you fast.
    • You will lose body fat, gain slabs of muscle and get strong and fast.

    This camp was created by TPS’s former Director of Strength and Conditioning, Steve DiLello who was a lot less awesome a few years back before he started this!

    Steve found the Holy Grail to getting strong, jacked, fast and ripped through years of his own trial and error as well as learning how to coach athletes from the best in the business.

    Steve trained with the best powerlifters and strength coaches in the industry and he has taken that knowledge and applied it to his own training and now, yours. Since his departure from TPS, we kept Awesome Camp on the schedule and it was taken over by Russ Smith, who not only has an awesome moustache, but has increased his awesomeness a lot over the years that he has been training here!

    OK, enough nonsense.

    In Awesome Camp you will:

    • Learn the lifts that guarantee strength and growth

    • Drastically transform your physique

    • Pack on muscle and get shredded.

    • Train in an environment with those who have similar goals. Get BIG get STRONG get in SHAPE.

    Camps are run in eight week blocks and meet twice weekly.

    Scheduling

    Each week is set up in a “Day 1, Day 2, Day 3” format, so:

    • Day 1 is Monday or Tuesday
    • Day 2 is Wednesday or Thursday
    • Day 3 is Friday or Saturday

    The Total Performance Method-Boston’s Best Personal Training is  flexible: for example, if you can’t make a Monday session, come on Tuesday.

    ***Beginners are welcome at any time slot.

    All new members to the Method MUST come in for a consultation before joining the group. Once your consultation is completed, you will begin training on the next  Monday or Tuesday.

    Your consultation takes about 45 minutes and includes before and after photos, body composition testing, measurements, a discussion of your goals and much more.

    Those new to the group must complete the 8 week prep phase before joining the main group.

    In the first 8 weeks we will:

    • identify and correct improper movement patterns and help to fix flexibility/mobility issues
    • teach you 7 Foundation Exercises
    • teach proper warm up/cool down
    • teach proper stretching
    • get you strong
    • get you leaner
    • improve your stamina
    • much more!

    The Total Performance Method-Boston’s Best Personal Training is group training at it’s best. In the initial 8 week phase we will do our best to have you in a group of people at the same level as you, but occasionally you may train 1-on-1 with a coach depending on how many beginners are registered at that time.
